We understand that bringing your pet to a new clinic can feel stressful, which is why we go above and beyond to make both you and your furry companion feel safe, supported, and truly cared for. Here, you're not just a client — you're part of our family.

To get started:

Register on our Pet Portal, 24/7, to book your first appointment by:

1. Entering your contact information to create your login

2. Add your pet's details

3. Select your preferred appointment time

​

Only the following exams should be booked via the Pet Portal:

• General exams, wellness visits, vaccinations

• New client exams

• Veterinary assistant services (nail trims, anal gland expressions, vaccine boosters)

• Follow-up appointments within 1 month of your last visit

​

For these exams:

• Urgent/sick pet appointments needing same-day care

• Surgery or procedures requiring sedation/anesthesia

• Humane euthanasia

• Travel health certificates
